Include a description of the problem, a screenshot if possible, the date and hour you experienced the problem, whether this is the first time the problem occurs and a brief description on your expected behaviour of the system.


Helpdesk service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+1), excluding local holidays in Zaragoza.
